"In Huntsville area to visit with grandchildren. Booked this location for the close proximity to Huntsville, for the lake, water activities (kayaks, paddle boards) and pet friendly. Could not have asked for a better location !! The Windermere is a bit rustic, but well appointed and we loved it. Can’t wait to visit again !!! The self check-in process was super easy and the host was great at staying in touch with us. We didn't have children staying with us but the home is well outfitted for families with small children.
