"The Island Bear is a wonderful place to base a trip to Islay. It is situated at the center of town in Bowmore. The owners are very attentive and nice to talk with. The rooms are modern and very clean. Highly recommend!"

"The cottage was comfortable and well located in the centre of Bowmore. The bath had not been cleaned before we arrived, so we cleaned it. The communication with VRBO was completely chaotic. We won't be using VRBO again."
