"This free standing studio apartment is tucked into a neighborhood. While the homes around it need some TLC, this unit is perfect. Very comfortable, full kitchen, fast internet. The owner/host provided great communication upon check in and checkout. Parking is right in front of the door. It is secure and well lit. This is a great unit for one or two people. "Skip this hotel. Room was outdated and dirty. Mold in the shower, a lot of hair on the floor in the bathroom, dirty mirror, counter and sink. The carpet was filthy, the air conditioner and mini fridge were both dirty. The sofa had stains on it and I had to put a towel on it to sit on it and there wasn't a coffee table in the room as shown in the picture. "In this day and age when corporations/management companies buy up residences and manage them from afar, it's a breath of fresh air to have hosts who are right on site, offering real human interaction, that for me, helps make the stay a much more comfortable experience. Jenn and Dan were very attentive to my needs and also had suggestions for a place to walk to refresh my travel weary body. I enjoyed the tidy, well arranged apt."

"Avoid This Place As a Choice member, I expect better than this dump. From the second I pulled in, it was bad news. The parking lot was a cratered mess full of potholes and cracks. Half the sign was ripped off the building, so the whole place looked like it was falling apart. Walked in past some sketchy guy smoking out front who turned out to be an employee.
