"We had an incredible stay at this rental! The location couldn't have been better - with access to a fantastic pool and beautiful beach just steps away. The condo itself was immaculately clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable trip. We were delighted by the attention to detail and the seamless check-in process. It was also so close to many restaurants we were able to easily walk to. Our host was incredibly accommodating and made sure our stay was perfect in every way....

"This property was beautiful and we had such a great stay for our 3 year anniversary. The beach is a 3 minute walk and was very private. We were able to use the paddle boards and kayak and end our days in the pool. Tons of linens were provided and great recommendations given. Majid was a wonderful host and so kind! This will definitely be our go to spot when we return to TCI!"

"Rose was a perfect host and met all of our needs. We wanted to be away from the hustle and bustle so the villa was just what we wished yet close to the grocery and stores. We haven't stayed on this side of the island but found the secret beach access for Long Bay and enjoyed Turks Kabob and especially Cocovans. We love this island and will be back. "We loved our stay. The property owner was very prompt and returned our messages right away. The walk to beach was so easy. You can't beat that sunset! We also saw the space ship from Florida being launched while we were there. It was so cool. We will be back for sure! We would choose a little larger one next time. "

"We had a wonderful 10 day stay. The apartment was lovely, with all the amenities we needed. JJ and Sian couldn’t have been more welcoming and friendly and are right next door if you have any needs or questions. JJ even gave us a tour of the grounds and gardens one morning when I asked as we are both plant lovers. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We go to Turks 2-3x per year for 20 years. Tried this place cause it’s close to Regent village and beach. It’s really nice really clean and modern. Grounds are well kept. Things it needs: Safe in room Beach chairs/umbrella Lamp ( had only overhead lighting) Can opener Ice machine Better towel linens (sub par) A turn off was arriving to find a wet mop leaning in the bathroom. Cleaning items should be hidden or removed for guest stays. Note: we had bad luck on our last night as fire alarm was...

"Advert not encouraging with the chain link fence. Too dark inside needs a complete internal paint job. Lighting in the kitchen inadequate. Bathroom needs re tiling or re grouting. Shower head didn't work properly. Seating by TV uncomfortable. Mish mash of kitchen utensils and pans looks like cast offs from other homes. No small sharp knives or potato peeler. Aircon old and inefficient - non in main living area. Isolation OK but should be warned about the track and the need for a high ground...

"The property is lovely, stunning view, gorgeous sunrise. We spent many hours in the pool area. So many beaches, all a bit different, just a short ride away. Middle Caicos is a must visit. Kadra,the host, is knowledgeable, friendly and quick to respond to questions and requests. A great 3 day get away."
