"Fint hotel men med manglende rengøring. På 3 nætter blev der ikke gjort rent en eneste gang. Skulle have toiletpapir men rengøringsdamen på gangen kan ikke engelsk… Så måtte til sidst tage fra hendes vogn imens hun råbte efter mig på ukendt sprog. Men når nu der ikke blev gjort rent så blev drikkepengene heller ikke taget.

"Checkin took too long, since the personnel did not enter my name correct and did not ask for correct spelling of my name. only said I should contact hotels.com since the mistake must have been there. it took very long until I realized they spelled my name incorrect.
It was troublesome getting there at first, since their shuttle was not running, although we deliberately choose the hotel for an easy transfer from the airport. No offer on refusion for the Uber.

"Great hotel in a convenient location! We stayed here while visiting colleges in the area. Although maps estimated a 15-minute drive into Boston, it actually took closer to 30 minutes using Lyft. The hotel was clean, reasonably priced, and offered paid parking. While the on-site bar is permanently closed, there’s a great tavern just five minutes away across the bridge."

"Everything about the hotel was great. Wasn’t the most perfect experience but I didn’t expect to be for the price I got. It got the job done with rooms, breakfast, and shuttle. Only minor issues with the room like small holes in the curtain and lamp shade but overall the breakfast was good and the shuttle drivers were great. 9/10"

"The night receptionist was careless and unfriendly. The room smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. Room was fully paid but they charge extra 15 bucks on the spot for no reason (they claim it is for service). DO NOT STAY HERE!"

"My partner and I had an incredible stay at CitizenM in Boston – short and sweet: it was fantastic. The whole experience felt super high-tech, from the seamless check-in to the mood lighting and room controls, all managed from a tablet. Very cool and modern!
The breakfast was delicious, with lots of fresh options, and the hotel itself had such a stylish vibe. The surroundings were amazing too – it’s located right in the heart of everything, so the location was absolutely top notch.

"I am completely impressed with the comfort of this hotel. The room was roomy and everything you need was there except for tea bags in the room. (There was different coffees) The complementary hot drinks in the morning did not have any tea either.
Too bad when you are not a coffee drinker.
First time I ever experienced that no tea was offered in a hotel.
But I bought my own teabags and the problem was solved.
Location is amazing. You can walk to everything worth seeing.
The service is top.
