We could come back
We loved it. The level of service was impeccable. All staff members were super nice. We had a great view overlooking the golf course. Private beach was nice, quiet and not overrun by guests. Only “negative” comments we have is, that the soundproofing of the rooms weren’t that good, the traffic from the nearby road (and the VERY talkative rooster living on the other side of said road :D ) was very clearly heard in our room. It would have been nice if the golf course was lit up at night, for the view, but obviously from an environmental pov that doesn’t make sense. As guests from Europe we would have liked that the breakfast catered more to our tastebuds. But it seems like the majority of guests comes from the surrounding Asian countries, and therefore it makes sense to base the breakfast selections on these guests preferences. Pools were nice and clean. Infinity pool is a ‘must try’ We were impressed that the resort had so much security staff. It made us feel safe. If we ever return to Boracay, we will definitely consider another stay at this Resort. Also we loved the cats and dogs just wandering around enjoying themselves.

God hotel with good service
The hotel is really good and have things you need to be happy staying at the hotel. The room was nice and the service was nice with people that was happy to give a good service. There were many pools and never full of people, but was there right before the holy week started so that could have changed in the holy week. The breakfast was fine but would say that was the area that kinda was in a minus. There were only 2 (3) different meat you could pick from and they changed it everyday. Some days there were 2 and if you didnt like it then you could eat rice and egg and salat and thats that. If you compare the breakfast choice here to other hotels around and cheaper places then this hotel ain't in the average but below.

Good girl but be aware you need to take a shuttle bus to enter and leave the 'compound'. Good stay if you plan to remain within the resort, a bit inconvenient if you plan to go to town frequently

I thought it was a good hotel. Breakfast was good, but the restaurant we ate at a few times was just ok for the cost. I don't have any complaints about anything else, so overall good.

The stay at Fairways was amazing. The staff was very professional and helpful. The different pools were amazing. The infinity pool overlooking the keyhole and the pool with the foam party were our favorite. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a retreat in Boracay.

The “wood” flooring around the pool needs to be nailed down. I saw someone trip over the plank that’s sticking and almost hit his head on the chair.

I didnt like the fact that it states that a room can accomodate 5 people and there are 2 queen beds, then you get charged more for 2 more people! When I come there at a later date I will stay at the $200.00 a night hotel!

島の奥の方にあり、ビーチに出るにはトライシクルか、歩いて10-15分ほどです。施設はゴルフ場が真ん中にあり、それを囲むようにあるのでとても広く、移動するのに車を読んでもらう必要があり、少し面倒でした。プールは書くセクションごとにあり、便利です。トイレがつまりやすく、宿泊中に2度直してもらいましたし、ルームキーの電池が切れたのか、一度部屋に入らなくなり、修理してもらう必要がありました。朝食は種類はそんなに多くないですが、特にチキン料理が美味しかったです。 スタッフはとても明るく親切で、過ごしていて楽しい気持ちになれましたし、ボラカイのとってもいい思い出になりました。

①ホテルの朝食はビュッフェスタイルでしたが、品数も多く日替わりで料理が変わるので12日間の滞在でしたが飽きることなく美味しく頂きました。 ②スタッフの方々皆さんとても親切で、礼儀正しくとても有意義に滞在できました。 ③Dーモルへのシャトルバスの本数が過去に宿泊した時と比べて本数が少なくなっていたのが残念でした。 ④以前宿泊した時より利用できるプールの施設が1か所利用できなくなくなっていました。 ⑤敷地内に新しくナイトサファリエリアが誕生していました、家族連れの方には喜ばれると思います。

This is all you need to know about my stay - I prepaid 3 nights through Expedia and checked out after my first night and went somewhere else, losing out on the last 2 nights and was happy to leave. It all started with the over 1 hour waiting time to check in, which was understandable since it was only 1 pm. The bad part is no one checked on us despite there being tons of employees around - no updates or even checking to see how we were doing. When I went to check on our room they had completely forgotten about us ( along with 2 other guests who were in the same situation as I ). The front desk agent was clearly rattled as she just gave me keys to the room and hustled me off to one of the concierge: no ID check, no confirmation or credit card verification, just handed me keys and that was it. For a place like Boracay that is unheard of but she was clearly overwhelmed. Now the room: I was "upgraded" to an Island suite which I'll describe as rustic. Old and outdated might be more accurate, not sure where the renovations were but it was clearly not in the Magnolia side of the resort . The lights were dim and made the bathroom look dingy and spooky, the tv was small and had scratchy audio...when it worked. Most of the time the channels had no service. The balcony looked decrepit. The rooms really need an upgrade. The resort itself is beautiful but navigating the shuttles is a chore which was never explained nor even a map given. Overall there are better options in the island.

The customer service is superb, the resto,pool,music and foamy party better than to be in a main boracay chaotic beach.the security and shuttle everywhere, feel very safe.. I hope when we come back their water feature below the stairs of Monterey bldg I hope they will put some koi fish like the hennan lagoon , it would be really an attraction to the guest 😊
