Unfortunately the beds are short and the hotel rooms are not sound proof at all, combined with the central location there is a LOT of noise in the hotel rooms, until very late. "Very nice location. Secluded but walking distance to most restaurants. Beach is just outside. We also love size of the pool. Staff are all friendly. Would definitely come back! Highly recommended "

"Service level is not up to Sheraton/Mariott standards. Obviously understaffed, guest services and housekeeping on survival mode. Managements should fix this fast. Will not book again and will not recommend."

"Stat away from the family rooms for the next couple of years. Huge filthy NOISY construction site right next to the room and window blocked i.e. no daylight coming in. Very disappointing for an expensive hotel. Tried to find a solution with the management but they could only offer a meal and free internet."

"My family and I enjoyed this place. This place was very quiet and it’s in station 1. We enjoyed best of both worlds. Station 2 is walking distance or they provided us a free shuttle to go to the D’mall in station 2. The staffs are nice and polite. The breakfast buffet was excellent. the food tastes fresh and delicious. I am giving this place a 9/10 because the hotel gave us a 3rd floor room which was exhausting for us. We will definitely come back to this hotel."
