"Check in was easy. The kitchen was extremely well stocked down to a lobster pot to our delight.The setting is beautiful and we very much enjoyed the two level deck. There is a bit of a hike to get to the river. All and all a very peaceful relaxing location. We had 9 adults and 4 children and were very comfortable."

"Perfect Maine waterfront cottage, cute and central for Mid Maine costal area attractions. Martin was prompt in answering any questions and Becky’s welcome touches complete with delicious blueberry muffins made us feel very comfortable."

"We really enjoyed our time at this cute 2 bedroom just minutes away from downtown Bath! The street was quiet, and the backyard was perfect for our 2 dogs.The place was very clean, and it felt like we were staying in a home, not a house. The host was very responsive.Overall 10/10. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to stay again."

"Nice house in a great location. It was wonderful to have a first floor bed and bath since we were traveling with my elderly parents. The location made it easy to walk or drive to Boothbay Harbor. The only minor issues we found were spotty wi-fi and the latch on the front screen door did not work properly. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We had a family of 14 staying at the above site. All aspects of this location were amazing. There was enough room for us to have a great family time as well as the ability to get away if we needed to. The property was fantastic as it was right on the water and had kayaks and boats we could use. We were just minutes away from the walking bridge, which brought us into downtown Boothbay Harbor. "What a wonderful home. The host greeted us, showed us around & left us a homemade blueberry cake & bottle of wine. Communication with her was very easy. The whole home is spacious & comfortable - my husband said the kitchen was the best part of the trip...not the best part of the house, but of the whole vacation! "The property was amazing. The house was big & open. Plenty of space for us. The beds were very comfortable. The house was clean, and our only suggestion would be to make sure the vent in the 1/2 bath is cleaned, and the base boards in the full baths be replaced. They’re very rusty. "As advertised, except for the "walking distance to downtown." It's over a mile, no sidewalks, very hilly bendy road, difficult for cars and the plethora of work trucks to see you. We had some elderly folks planning to stroll into town, but that was a hard no. Maybe ok if you're young and active, but certainly don't plan on safely walking home at night. Otherwise, a pleasant old place. "
