"Wonderful location to the restaurants, art galleries, and shops. Bathroom and shower are small, the steps are steep, but wonderful views, spacious living area, and comfortable king size bed. We visited past tourist season and loved the environment. One of the top restaurants in area was next door as was great little coffee shop a short walk. Definitely a great value, great communication, and location. "

"What a beautiful location! We spent 5 nights here and would loved to have stayed longer. This was our first trip to Maine so I had plans to do several day trips while based in Boothbay. We loved it so much here that we stayed in the Boothbay area the entire time.We were able to meet the owners and they are lovely people who are very welcoming to their home.Our favorite spot was the red chairs looking out over the water. "My wife and i really enjoyed our stay. This is the second time we have stayed in this location and would definitely recommend this place. Its close to downtown. You can park your car when you show up and never need it till you leave. Clean and very comfortable. We were out all day and relaxed in front of the TV watching the games during the evening. My wife and i arrived earlier then expected and the host allowed us to check in early. Which was super accommodating!!! 5 "
