"My husband and I stayed at This property for our spring break. I booked in January. Prior to the trip and throughout our stay we had great communication with the owner, Steve. He answered our questions quickly. When we arrived the pkace looked great. It was clean and nicely decorated. We really appreciated the chairs, umbrella, beach towels, beach bag and coolers to take to the beach. The beach is as so convenient, right across the street. We loved have Docs and Coconut Jack’s so close as well....

"Beautiful property with very nice, spacious apartment in a very quiet neighborhood. Owners were very nice and helpful. Kitchen was well stocked with nice dishes and pans. Apartment is on second floor above the garage, so there are steps. Really enjoyed our stay."

The neighborhood is perfect, with just the right amount of stores and restaurants you can stay for a month and not go the the same place twice. The best part of all is the beach. It was close to excersions we planned on Marco Island and Naples. They had beach chairs, umbrellas, fishing poles, boogie boards and more. Thank you for a wonderful trip"
