"Friendly and attentive Christian and Stefano were available when we needed them for advice or help but also respectful of our privacy. The accommodation was perfect for our family holiday and a short drive to great sights, beaches and restaurants. The little nearby town was great for the kids to explore when they weren’t jumping in the crystal clear pool (reaching a high of 27 degrees in the summer, but obviously not late season!) Highly recommended "

"È la seconda volta che veniamo in questa stupenda casa, la tranquillità e la privacy sono un punto a favore, oltre ovviamente avere la piscina esclusivamente per noi, che viene pulita piu volte nella settimana.La casa è attrezzata di tutti gli utensili per cucinare, c'è una griglia in pietra per fare le grigliate e ci sono le zanzariere in ogni stanza.Ci troviamo sempre molto bene sicuramente torneremo."

"Wir sind heute von unserem Toscana Urlaub entspannt zurückgekommen und waren mit dieser Villa sehr zufrieden. Der 2,6km lange Schotterweg hat uns zuerst erschrocken aber man hat sich schnell daran gewöhnt. Man ist abgelegen und es war der perfekte Ort um unsere Kinder springen zu lassen und selbst abzuschalten. Der Pool hat unsere Erwartungen von der Größe her weit übertroffen. Die Besitzer sind eine wirklich nette und zuvorkommende Familie die alles tun das es einem gut geht. Dafür Danke."

"I was worried that the photos I saw wouldn't live up to the actual property when I visited, but the truth is, this is an amazing property! All of my family, spouse, daughter, grandchildren, son in law, were all very very happy with the property and the amenities. The pool was well maintained as was the rest of the property. Everything was in working order. There was more than we needed, but we thoroughly enjoyed the property and used it as a base for our touring of the area. It is well situated...

"We have had the best time staying here! Myself, husband and family. The communication and help prior to staying was excellent. The accommodation is excellent, well equipped and very clean, well laid out but above all beautiful. The views from the house are stunning, as is the local area. Everything we imagined Tuscany would be. So many nice touches that are not depicted in the photo’s. The pool / hottub area is fantastic. Beds comfortable. Showers great. Shutters on windows for a good nights...

"Erg mooi verblijf in al zijn facetten. Schitterend uitzicht, heerlijk zwembad, prachtig verblijf ook met kinderen(16,13,12en 11jaar). Een zeer behulpzame familie (Andrea, Corinna, Jakob). In de omgeving is veel te doen, door de mooie omgeving is een reistijd van 50 min bijvoorbeeld naar het strand absoluut geen probleem. In het dorpje zelf kun je heerlijk eten en in omliggende dorpjes zijn er ook genoeg mogelijkheden. Wij komen er graag nog een keer terug."

"Siamo stati in questa bellissima villa in 13 persone (di cui due adolescenti e due bambini piccoli). Ci hanno accolto con gentilezza e gustosi regali di benvenuto. Hanno preparato con cura tutte le stanze che erano pulitissime, le culle e i lettini per i bambini piccoli erano impeccabili. Abbiamo utilizzato la spa nei giorni in cui il tempo non era bello e abbiamo visitato dei bellissimi paesini toscani nelle vicinanze. Abbiamo fatto una degustazione dei vini nella cantina che ci hanno suggerito...

"We had a nice time and enjoyed the property. The pool was great. The A/C was only in three of the four bedrooms and not in the common areas. We made due without much of an issue but I wish that would have been more clear in the listing. "

"Good apartment with shared beautiful pool. Great location for sightseeing local surroundings and quaint villages and convenient for visit to Teatro de silencio for Bocelli concert. Small kitchen but adequate and bbq in garden with seating perfect for hot summer evenings. "
