"we stayed in the Gamekeepers residence, was spotless on arrival with pretty much all the equipment we needed for a weeks stay. Couldnt buy too much chilled food at once as the fridge is a little small but loved our stay there. the bed/bedroom is really nicely done, perfect for a couple. Minimal contact with staff which suited us as thats what we like. Close access to shops and ameneties in the town very close by, and a good homebase to explore lots of different areas of Cornwall. "What a lovely little stay in Bodmin. Off the beaten path, quiet, gorgeous. Only about 20 minutes from Tintagel, and some of the best clotted cream in town. My wife and I both agreed it was our favorite stay of the whole of our trip which spanned the entire island. The accommodations are ideal for a couple looking to escape into the beauty of the south-lands! Bathroom was spacious and the shower was great (even for me at 6-2”).
