Bodegas y Viñedos El Sequé

The flat itself was very clean and the location was great. We did have a few issues during our 5 day stay though. The aircon unit in one of the bedrooms wasn't working. Contacted MyFlats and they sent maintenance very quickly. They couldn't fix it until the following day and when it was fixed, the unit leaked a lot of water and then it wasn't working again (our kids slept on mattraces on the floor in the living room for 4 out of 5 nights, 4 of them sharing the space - luckily, it's a big living room). One night there was a fire alarm going off in the building. We just returned from dinner and we saw people leaving the building. I contacted MyFlats and it took them about 40 minutes to reply (there was no fire luckily). The following day, there must have been a power cut and lift stopped working (about 2 minutes after my friend was in it) and the main door codebox was not working either, meaning you couldn't get back into the building. Contacted MyFlats again and they sent somebody to check. I asked MyFlats for a late check out free of charge (2pm instead of 11am) to compensate us for all the issues above.They agreed, however, when we returned to the flat at 1pm, the code to enter the flat was not working. I contacted MyFlats and it took them about 35/40minutes to reply with a new code! Luckily, somebody from maintenance was in the building and they opened our door. In summary, the flat was lovely but as mentioned above we had few minor issues. Would I stay again? Probably not.
