"This place was perfect for the two of us. The house is spacious. It was clean and comfortable. The view is absolutely stunning. Hands down the best part. Access to the beach is so easy. The plants and trees on the property were amazing and made it feel that much more private. There was a questionable issue with the AC day of arrival. Andrew got back to me immediately and had someone out that next day. No issues with the AC or anything else the whole time. I would totally recommend this to anyone...

"The pool/jacuzzi screened in patio was a lot of fun, as well as the outdoor firepit area. It's very private and secluded. We did have some cleanliness issues and there was not a lot of essentials in the kitchen. We had to buy dish soap, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies etc. No extra blankets, pillows, or bath towels. "Nice house, nice pool,big yard, pond with bass and tilapia behind the house. Its close to Myakka,Boca, Manasota and there are lots of boat ramps close by. The neighbors to the left are super nice people, the neighbor to the right is a yankee transplant thats rude and will yell at you for walking around the pond."

"We definitely would like to come back but the smoking not allowed at the pool was a issue for some of the crew and I did tell him about the pool filter that wasn't working but we loved the house, the area. The pool and just were very comfortable. Thank you again for opening your home to us."

"This property is located in an ideal location. It is walkable to the beach and restaurants, and still seems very private.. the house was large open and comfortable. We had a great time in the pool. It’s not a very large pool, but it fit our entire family and we had a great time and used the barbecue. A beautiful bonus to the property is an osprey nest just outside the second floor we watched the parents feed the chicks nonstop during our stay and we were overjoyed. We will definitely come back."

"Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood. Fishing out back in canal, heated swimming pool with an open lanai leading into house. Fully stocked home with essential appliances and supplies. We stayed with our dogs which was an added bonus. Owners were quick to respond. Central location to Sanibel Island, Fort Meyers ect. Would stay again and would recommend."

"The best part of this house is it's location! This beach is so quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. You don't hear anything other than the lapping of the waves. We walked the beach in the mornings and some mornings there was not a sole on the beach. There is a reef that runs right along the shoreline. You could literally get to any shopping, food, etc within 10 minutes.
