"Pros: Home was very clean and stocked for guests. It was updated and airy feeling. The bed was firm but comfortable. The house is in what feels like a safe area. The off street parking is nice. "This was our first time staying in Saint Simons but it will definitely not be our last. This was a quick impromptu extended weekend for me, my wife, my son, and our two small dogs. We were a little over a block from the beach and just a quick golf cart ride from town. Location was perfect. The place was exactly as described in nicely decorated. I wish there was a little bit more counter space in the kitchen for cooking but when you’re on vacation, how much cooking do you really do? ...

"The house was perfect for extended family. Our nephew got engaged and we had many to feed at the celebration dinner. Kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of place settings and beautiful serving dishes. We so enjoyed the porches, pool, hot tub and beach! We rented a golf cart and that was so much fun to explore the island with!"

"I and some friends stayed here for a weekend and it is exactly as the pictures show. It’s a cozy apartment with plenty of room, all the amenities we needed, and very close to the beach. The walk to the beach was only a few minutes down a shaded side street - so convenient. It was clean with plenty of towels and washcloths for everyone. Our host, Ryan, was quick to respond to anything we needed and a breeze to work with. Overall, we enjoyed our stay so much and will definitely be back! :)"

"The location is perfect with the pool area and the boardwalk to the beach. The elevator was a plus for my 92 yr old mother. Fun fall break trip with my mom, daughter and grandkids. We’ll definitely book this property again."

"Lovely cottage. Loved the outside amenities; pool, hot tub, seating and eating area. The only negative was the lack of lighting in the Master bathroom. Overall; my family and I had a wonderful time on SSI and High Life Cottage was a huge part of our experience."
