"Owners were very helpful with advice for the area and communicated well. The condo is steps from the pool, which was nice and quiet. The condo was comfortable and clean -- we used the grill and enjoyed sitting out on the deck, watching the fireworks. Great get away that was very convenient."

"The floor plan and overall vibe are great! The view and lake access are the very best part. The open floor plan, with 4 separate guest rooms with their own full bathrooms, were very accommodating for our big group. 1/2 bath off living area and laundry room came in handy. The home had pretty much everything we needed for a week of meal preparations. Plenty of TP, food utensils, trash bags and propane for the grill. There was a wonderful and secure backyard for our pups to play and an amazing back...

"Me and 4 friends stayed and it was quite close quarters but we loved it! Only downside was that the bathroom is open on the ceiling, but everything else was great! Beautiful outdoor area, and beautifully decorated interior. The hosts are really easy to communicate and the entire property is huge and right against the water. Will definitely be back!"

"The property was exactly as advertised clean and ready for us to move into. Excellent location right on the Llano River with a great beach. Tracie, the property manager, was great she came over as soon as called, when there was an issue, and stayed to make sure everything was satisfactory. Stayed fo 72 days and looking forward to returning next winter."
