"Had some hair on the sheets, but the front staff immediately changed the sheets. The only other downside was the tv would turn on, but we could not watch anytime."

"Stayed one night...no issues!"

"This Hotel was a breath of fresh air. The hotels around Lewisville have been very disappointing. As soon as I walked into this hotel I knew it was a good place to stay."

"Great"

"El personal sobretodo uno de recepción que estuvo el domingo 25 de octubre por la mañana fue una persona muy amable. El desayuno bien, las instalaciones cumplen pero les falta mantenimiento. Muchas cosas con grietas y cayéndose en el baño. Está un poco retirado del turismo de Dallas. Pero cumple"

"Nice"

"rooms were great but just to let people know the beds are small in the double-bed rooms. The one elevator is terrible and it takes forever to get up and down. The breakfast and happy hour is great. The pool area and hot tub were very nice."

"My room was clean but the hotel needs to be renovated. Elevators were broken on 4th floor and it gets confusing to get around. There's way too much carpet everywhere and it makes the hotel feel old and dirty. You can tell the decor is old too. Bed was comfortable, staff is nice, room was clean, but it wouldn't be my first choice to stay at again. Price point is fair."
