"Everything was so perfect. Almost everything in Renton is walkable from the house. I walked to one of the parks daily. Everything was so clean and we felt safe at all times. The neighborhood is so cute and I loved walking around and seeing all the different brightly colored houses, we dont have that where we are from! "I ABSOLUTELY loved the stay! Very clean and very warm filling. The only thing I would change is putting a long rug at the entry way and towards the kitchen. (I fell coming in) floors are slippery. Nice patio, ok communication, nice amenities, loved the fish tank (entertainment for my 1 and 2yr old) Upon checking in, ask for the WiFi login and password it is not available until you ask. Very comfy bedding I slept like a baby…LOL I would highly recommend. Thanks!"

Multiple grocery stores nearby too.The house was comfy for our group of 8. Charming old home with comfy beds. While there is no central heat in the house, the wall units kept us nice and cozy. They worked really well!We were able to cook in the kitchen and found everything we needed, except a cookie sheet.The host was communicative and responsive,...

"Spencer was a fantastic host for a great property. This house is in a quiet, safe neighborhood, near downtown, UW Village, and Seattle Children's Hospital. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there was lots of space to hang out inside and outside. There were good walkable destinations, and most of Seattle was within a 10 minute drive. As I said, Spencer was a great host and communicated quickly with us when needed; we had to change our departure date, and he was totally accomodating!...
