"The condo is great and located within walking distance to waterpark, Helen tubing and food. On the riverside. I would drive and park if you want downtown Helen.Bathroom has some water damage from the unit upstairs. Owner is working that out. Great stay. Will book again. If you don’t like noisy upstairs guest, rent a single cabin. That was the only down fall of our stay."

"Rental was perfect! Well appointed and comfortable. Loved being able to set on the balcony and “people watch”. Also had a surprise with a band playing across the street on our first night. The only drawback is having to walk down the road to get into town. I understand that it is not feasible to put an access on the street side but having to walk would make this impossible for someone with mobility issues.
