"Amazing hotel in a super fun area with even better staff! From the moment we walked in, Alexander welcomed us with so much warm energy and it continued throughout our stay. The room was spacious and modern and just looked great. The lake right behind the hotel had an awesome water show and there were beautiful walking paths for us and my dog. Just an overall great stay, this will be our go to hotel for future Grand Prairie/Arlington stays. "

"I only stayed for the night, but the room was clean and looked nice. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great and although I didn’t swim, the pool looked really nice and it was indoor. I would definitely stay here again, I am starting to prefer Hyatt over anyone else because I can always count on them to be consistent."

"Staff was great! I called couldn't meet my check in time due to daughter wrestling tournament. They said no worries. Once I arrived and left both young ladies at front desk were very professional, nice,and didn't mind my questions. Not to mention room was clean and breakfast was great!"
