"Pænt og rent men lidt slidt inventar"

"HMlet's Novena Team is very accommdative. Guests are well respected and concerns raised are addressed. Thanks...the 14 days were well spent. Location is perfect!"

"Decent hotel, recently renovated so it was good for the price."

"A hotel with what you need - a comfortable place to rest and sleep. Nothing fancy but does the job excellent. "

"What a ugly hotel!!. Truely the winner of the worst hotel stay I ever have had. Stayed 4 days in a newly renovated room which was ok. Breakfast was not clean and the food was not fresh. Plates were dirty, the milk was warm.. I could continue. Heads up! Don't stay there, its waste of money."

"Property is very small . Staff is good . Too small the dormitories are"

"Excellent, near food court and market"

"The room was clean and the cleaning was doing their job good. The room we got has a window, it was nice to get some sunlight as it is not always the case. Check-in was easy and the staffs are friendly, we were allowed to leave our luggage there after check-out, this helped a lot for better organising our departure. Location-wise, it is connected to MRT station via bus, bus stops are within walking distance."

"We can highly recommend that you and your family stay at this hotel. The staff are incredibly service-minded and helpful – far beyond all expectations. A special thanks to Cheryl and Nurul at the reception for their outstanding assistance. Our first stay was so wonderful that we decided to book the hotel again – and both visits have been absolutely delightful. We only have good experiences and fond memories from Quincy Hotel and Singapore. Again thank you Cheryl and Nurul. In addition to the...
