Cheap, but damp and smelly room
The price was good and hence I should perhaps not have expected much. The room was spacy but worn, damp and smelled really bad. The ‘view’ was a big ventilation system blocking all light from the window.

Havde ikke check på vores reservation.............
Ved ankomst kunne medarbejderen i receptionen ikke finde vores reservation af en junior suite foretaget 8 måneder før ankomst - og hun var egentlig også ret ligeglad med det. Der var kommet ny ejer af hotellet i mellemtiden, så det måtte vi jo nok kunne forstå - men der tog hun meget fejl. Efter lang tids "forhandlinger" blev vi tilbudt 2 executive dobbeltværelser og gratis morgenmad alle 3 dage. Vi accepterede kun dette, fordi vi ikke ville spilde en masse yderligere tid på at finde et nyt hotel, da beliggenheden i forhold til Atletic Bilbaos hjemmebane San Mamés kun 300 meter væk var perfekt. Værelserne var sådan set fine - bare ikke når man i god tid har reserveret noget langt bedre. Holdningen overfor os i de 3 dage var mildt sagt lettere negativ, da vi åbenbart havde trådt på personalets stolthed ved at kræve det bestilte værelse. Den gratis morgenmad var næsten en fornærmelse. Betal ikke for den selv, da niveauet er lav efter internationalt standard. Stor tak til hotels.com for forståelse og meget imødekommende service ved telefonisk henvendelse om den manglende reservation.

Dated hotel. Staff do not smile. Staff allow people to sleep in the hotel foyer. Our room was not made up for 2 adults and 2 children and when I complained they did not adequately correct the issue. My son slept the night without a duvet. Air conditioning is not all year round. It is at a choice of the hotel and not the customer as to whether it works or not. Avoid this hotel.

Extremely thin floors. I could hear the arguing and crying in the room above then in the morning I could hear several people running around and shouting. Pretty disruptive to sleeping. Wouldn't stay again.

Hotel is great, room is quite spacious and clean. Breakfast was also great with many options to choose from. The hotel location is quite convenient, you can get there from the airport by just one bus and you are connected to other public transportation options

Clean and efficient, great location
The facility is clean, efficient and functional. Very close to airport bus stop, as well as metro and tram station. Little off from the noisy center, but enough bars and eateries near by. My family loved it.

This hotel was great! Our room was really nice, and an excellent value, and we liked the location. My only negative comment is we stayed there on a Saturday night. There's a club under the hotel (basement level). We were on the 13th floor and we still had trouble falling asleep because we could hear the bass from the club. This was not a problem at all on Sunday night, so most of the week it's probably fine.

El hotel está muy bien y el desayuno bastante completo, pero la zona de fuera hizo que perdiera mucho.. el hecho de tener una discoteca al lado no es culpa del hotel, pero lo de tener la entrada llena de genre sentada en el escalón que tenías que estar esquivando para entrar, todo lleno de copas, botellines, incluso en la papelera del hotel, no creo que sea muy normal y que no hagan nada para remediarlo.

La propiedad es excelente. La ubicación céntrica, el personal atento, las habitaciones cómodas y limpias. El único inconveniente es el ruido de la discoteca vecina, que podría resolverse con mejores ventanas. Salvo por esto, el hotel es excelente.

Very clean and spacious room and fast check-in time at the desk. Friendly staff and well organised.

Good enough for a couple nights stay
Hotel staff were not overly helpful when trying to contact them. Extremely noisy on both nights we stayed there both in and outside the hotel. Food selection was ok.
