"Our family of five stayed for a long weekend to visit family in the Jacksonville area. This was a great place to stay. Close to restaurants, easy access to nearby attractions/day trips and great location to the beach. Already planning to book again."

"Place was clean and a close distance to everything, about 10 minute drive. Place includes the side house near the marsh and apartment above the garage. They had a baby gate that can be put up to block the stairs if you have an infant "

"Beautiful cottage with high end furniture and amenities but with a homey environment. Great porch overlooking the marsh. Live oaks in the yard and other flora. Saw little brown bunnies everywhere!"

"This is a lovely cottage with an impressive roomy bathroom and clean kitchen with new appliances. The private back patio is a great spot to relax and the parking spot has direct access to the street. Overall I enjoyed our stay here particularly how quiet it was. "This is the kind of beach cottage I remember from childhood. Low-key, homey, and thoughtfully appointed, right down to novels by local authors. I could stay there for a month! The owner/manager lives downstairs and is pleasantly available if you need anything. You do have to get your suitcase up an exterior flight of steps, but he'll help you. You can see the ocean from the porch and walk to it in 2 minutes along a private boardwalk. "

"This rental was perfect for our stay, it's quaint and had everything we needed. Was a few feet to the beach and quiet. We loved this ocean. The house was very clean and well stocked with what we needed. I loved that they had nice chairs, umbrellas and wake boards for the ocean fun. "

"This house is located in the downtown historic district. All the homes in this area have been restored and are the cutest quaint little houses. It’s only a mile from UF Hospital of Jacksonville. When first arriving the AC was not cooling properly and upon contacting the host they were quick to get it resolved!! (Just needed filters replaced). "The bedding was dirty and we had to walk up the road to the reception. They toke us serious and 2 minuts later the house keeper came and changed it. Everything else was spotless. AC was loud"

"Had a challenging stay all in all. Great staff, good breakfast buffet, decent parking and decent rooms a side from the lack of cleaning under the beds. I unfortunately had water coming from the upstairs bathroom into mine - felt like the ceiling could fall down any minute. I also had a neighbor who smoked marihuana, had loud music on, yelling and screaming. It took several warnings before they got kicked out of their room. That’s not good when you bring a toddler and an infant. Fair play to the hotel for refunding one of my nights. But all in all, a challenging stay."
