"What a cute cabin nestled in the East Texas woods. You have complete privacy and it is so quiet you can hear the birds and the crickets. We loved the decoration amd set up of the cabin. Plenty of room for 2 people and your pups. We could hear the creek on the property and it just added to the ambiance. We were very happy with everything!!"

"The owners of this property are SO helpful, accommodating, and are so quick to respond to your messages and questions. The cabin is so cute and quaint, and has all you'll need for your stay. The pig sanctuary is right across from the cabin, and they really take the time to introduce you to the "residents", (they know all of them by name, and there's over 100 of them!),answer questions, and let you interact with the animals...who LOVE belly rubs, btw! My daughter and I had the BEST time, and...

"My husband and I stayed here for a few days and it was amazing. The cabin has a full kitchen and has all the kitchen utensils/gadgets you need. It rained a bit while we were there but sitting under the tin roof patio watching the rain roll across the water was simply wonderful. The scenery was beautiful and watching the squirrels, birds and deer was so peaceful. The dock has a cano, kayaks and indoor seating. "Perfect peaceful place for family bonding time. Excellent for all ages . We bring our adult children and grandchildren and we all had a wonderful time. Excellent sleeping accomadations for all. Saw deer everyday. You feel safe with it being a gated community and security patroling the area. Our host keeps us informed and is friendly to communicate with."

"This was our third time being at Pine Grove cottage, and it was just as beautiful and peaceful as I remembered it. The beautiful pond and the pine trees and the fishing was good. The cottage was well stocked with everything we needed"

"There is some vagueness in the property listing about the size and usage of the property. The property manager greeted me upon arrival and was friendly and helpful. He advised us that the lower and larger pond is a private waters club lake and was off limits. We had full access to one large pond and a smaller pond each of which containing all you can catch 1/4-2lb bass. We checked in at 4pm on a friday with great weather caught atleast 30 bass in two hours time. On saturday it rained allday, but...

"Unfortunately we were in town for a Memorial Service; but we were able to spend quality time together in this home. It's a beautiful, rustic cabin with all the amenities. Barbara, the owner, was very helpful. Lot's of wildlife and farm animals in the area adding to the relaxing ambiance. And having a taco truck in walking distance was "icing on the cake ""

"We lacked for nothing.The beds were very comfortable and having separate bathrooms was great. All the comforts of home and then some. The enclosed back porch was our favorite hangout at night. It was exactly all we needed and I would rent Hank’s Hideaway again."

"We have stayed in VRBO’s for over 15 years and this was a winner. It was located in a beautiful, peaceful area and easily accommodated 11 children and Adults. They supplied everything you would need to cook and host a small family reunion. We hated to leave. Best of all the check out was the least complicated of any we’ve stayed at. On top of that our grandkids ages 10 to 16 NEVER SAID THE WORDS I’M BOARD! That says it all."
