"I had a wonderful stay at this lakeside home in Inverness. The house was charming, very clean & had everything we needed. The beds were very comfy, like new. But the outdoor spaces of this home are the real star of the show. The sunsets are gorgeous & the fishing was amazing. We caught crappie, perch, bass & catfish!! Definitely bring your reels. The hosts were kind & thoughtful, great communication as well. We will be staying here again! "

"There was a noticeable smell of stale cigarette smoke inside the trailer, thankfully it wasn't too overwhelming. We noticed some old lunch meat in the fridge, making us wonder how well they had cleaned the place. Very oddly there weren't sheets on the beds, but there was an entire dresser full of sheets that we put on the beds ourselves. Also we arrived around 1:30am after driving in and the sprinklers were blasting directly onto the lock box and the front porch, not exactly the welcome we...

"We loved our time at Megan’s home. From the get go she was super communicative and full of helpful local suggestions for our family trip (3 families with multiple kids). The room set-up was perfect for us and the home was so charming It was a beautiful location on the river and we loved using the kayaks/canoe, jacuzzi, snorkel gear for nearby springs, etc. Highly recommend! "

"Great location for Kayaking, Biking, Golfing and shopping. We loved having a private drive, screened porch and backyard to store our bikes and other gear when not in use. We had 4 adults and stayed busy for a full week. Thanks for a great stay. "

"This little property is tidy, clean and has all the important amenities. It is surprisingly close to good restaurants and markets. We also liked the convenience of being so close to KP Hole. The whole "village" of homes is surprisingly quiet, and all the guests are very respectful and courteous. Even the dogs are very well behaved! The manager was super quick to answer any questions we had. Overall all our needs were met and were so happy for the value we got!"

"Melissa, our host, was welcoming and helpful, though everything was set up and easy to access, such as location, address and entry access code. The condo has a fabulous marsh view with the river in the distance downstairs and an even better view of the river from upstairs. Loved watching birds in the sawgrass and the trees and boats going up and down the river.
