It was a very convenient location and great sightseeing of the Mississippi River. Although, it was too crowded and we had to wait a while to take the elevator.

I like the cleanliness’s of the rooms. But I came back four times to check ( but once I was too early). But the other 3:05 PM told room wasn’t ready to come back at 4:00 but at 4:05 PM room wasn't ready. Was told to wait in the lobby should be real soon. At 4:22 PM still waiting. But sometime later finally go a room. As I was sitting there two people were told they would give them an upgrade due the wait. I got no nothing.

Easy in and out. The libs haven't taken all of the fun out, yet. No coffee available until 7 AM unless you like the in room coffee. It wasn't good.

Everything was good, nice place, good food, clean. Only issue was that there was a bunch of kids there for a baseball tournament who made a lot of noise at 1:00 in the morning in the hallways. It would be nice if the hotel could put the families with young kids on the same floor. I understand that maybe the hotel was close to the baseball field, but is a casino the place for those people to stay. Adults go there for a getaway not to listen to a bunch of loud and annoying children.

This was booked thru Expedia. It was paid in full online before arrival. The front desk hostess was completely RUDE. She charged our credit card again for 100.00 and said it would be returned in 3-5 days and it was in the FINE PRINT. I will also file complaint with EXPEDIA. DON'T STAY HERE. There is also no complementary breakfast.

Not happy we weren't informed it was a smoking casino and hotel. I would have asked for a non smoking room had we known. Was not listed on your website.

The property was fine. My problem was with Expedia. Expedia confirmed a reservation at a hotel that was completely booked. The hotel did not have my reservation when I arrived. I spent over an hour working with Expedia trying to get me a room the Isle. The end result was they had no rooms to give. Expedia took so long to get back to me that we went to another hotel and booked a room without Expedia. Expedia needs to make it easier to talk to a live person. It was over an hour before I was able to get away from the Artificial Intelligence assistant. Disappointing.

It's just a bit older than other hotels. We had a nice stay. The water pressure in the shower was very low. Room was large and clean. No quick meal on premise after 10pm.

The shower took about five minutes of running wster for hot water. There was hair on the shower tile wall from the last person who showered.

Stood in line to check in at 4 PM with several other people. Went to room to find it already occupied!! Embarrassing for both parties. We took our bags & went back down to the lobby, finally got someone’s attention (because we weren’t about to stand in line a second time) we were assigned another room in the opposite tower, which I didn’t originally book, as we wanted a water view, but figured we would be on the floor gambling anyway, so didn’t make a fuss. The room. Ugh. THIS, I should have made a fuss over, but again, my bad, I didn’t. Because we thought we would be gambling the night away we hoped the pet urine odor (or carpet made of moldy towel smell) would fade- it didn’t. We ended up coming back to the room early because our experience in the casino wasn’t as fun as it used to be. No decent bourbon at bar, so I went to the restaurant for a basic bourbon (usually about $25 a BOTTLE) a SINGLE was $17.25. Seriously, airport bar prices. It had been a while since we’ve been to the QC & the Isle & I can say without question, it’s seriously deteriorating. We mistakenly got “breakfast” before we left- I cannot strongly recommend enough to not do this. If you are heading back home in the morning, skip that part If our minds weren’t made up after both of us woke up with headaches from the smell of the room, the absolute filthy, trash laden parking garage was the final straw. It was like each car had emptied their own trash bag – every day for a month.

Location was great but....
We stayed to be close to an event next door. I asked for early check-in so I could get ready at the hotel. They said that was fine. I got there an hour beforehand and there was a line of 10 people to check-in and 1 clerk. There were 2 kiosks but they were a little temperamental as people were trying to use them. The room was ok. Could use a little more love. The bathroom was small and impossible for 2 people to get ready in. The lighting was awful! I ended up doing my make-up in the entryway. We had a king bed and 4 tiny pillows. Bed could use a topper, it wasn't very comfy. TV was difficult and slow to use. We had no hot water to shower with in the morning.

Very nice rooms and are cozy. We left a.bag in the closet and called later that day to ask about. They did have it and we went back to pick it up. This shows me.they have ho est people working for them. 5 stars given for this stay.
