"The history of the property is alluring. The bed was so comfortable and inviting. There were so many things that we wanted to do that we could not in the time that we were there. We did have a slight issue with not being able to find an innkeeper when needed, but we never had any issues other than that. We would definitely return. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"A real gem for those wanting a private vintage experience in the West End. We enjoyed the ambiance of a small Inn with just 6-7 named rooms all with period decor and spacious upgraded bathrooms. Pool table, parlor, porches and beautiful grounds. A short, safe walk to some of the best local restaurants. A true find. Thank you"

" Beautiful place to stay . Love historic places so amazing. Loved our room . Not walkable to the breweries and restaurants. ( 26 + minutes but parking garages downtown or taking a Uber is also a great idea ) I’d definitely stay her again even with it be alittle further out then I’d hoped for , A must stay !!!!!"

"This is a 123 year old property, so naturally doors didn't fit perfect, etc. But this was once of the greatest nights I spent. The staff was a joy, and to find out that the owner of the house was the nephew of the founder of my hometown in Virginia was priceless. I will be back."
