"This was an excellent find for 2 adults(and possibly 1child). The location is prime for walking to everything in the town. The room and patio are nicely appointed. The only thing to suggest is a sheet for the day bed and a third pillow. Would stay again "

"Believe everything you've read in the reviews. Truely a wonderful home in amazing redwoods. Cleanliness is impecable and Elizabeth is beyone a super host. You won't find a more accomodating host and just wonderful person. If there were more than five stars to give we would. Don't miss a chance to stay there."

"I love the place it was beautifully and quiet. My girls and i had a great time. The one thing i did not like is when someone try to say I was having more ppl staying at the place when it wasnt true. I make sure I fallow th rulse I'm not a person that be rude in someone place. I understand the person was looking out for the own but it just made me uncomfortable. But lucky the own was understandable. "

"The place was amazing and we were so happy we stayed there. We would go back again in a heartbeat. It is a short walk away from the public Monte Rio beach and restaurants and it is a short drive away from the ocean or Santa Rosa in the other direction."

"We enjoyed our stay because this was a convenient home base as we took day trips to the River, Armstrong Redwoods, and Jenner. The kitchen, bedrooms, and baths are well-equipped making it easy to relax after a day out and about. We also enjoyed eating on the patio. The home helped make for a wonderful trip!"

The fireplace was a beautiful element that made the evenings so cozy. The entire space was spotlessly clean, and the space was just as it looked in the photos, with the comfiest couch to lounge on. I would definitely return in the future and recommend to others. "

"The driveway is something else, little light to assist with a nasty boulder you can't see in the dark. Downstairs toilet is a tired piece of porcelain and the flush valve acted up requiring a plumber to visit. Glad the house was not full. The spa was green with lots of bubbles, told it was the water so we choose a place specifically to use a spa under the stars. I don't get it with owners who try to save the water and spend major to keep treating the chemical experiment. Drain it and start...
