The dining and living room are connected next to the kitchen, very bright rooms with sea views and access to a large covered and uncovered terrace, where you can observe beautiful sunrises. The lower floor is very practical because it is located in front of the terrace and pool. It has an auxiliary kitchen and a living room. In addition, it is where one of the four bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower are located.
