"The home was well set up for family's with games and great kitchen and Living room space. However there was only one air conditioning unit in the master bedroom, this cooled that room only. Mattresses in the two additional rooms were so thin you touched the frame when you sat down. We visited in the cool, wet season, 80’s, and the home was very very hot. If you’re tolerant of the heat you will be fine. Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful views."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Mahogany Hall. They were so friendly and accommodating. The food was absolutely delicious. They made sure that we were able to eat before our tours in the morning and even prepared our dinner a little early on the day of our arrival because we had not eaten. "Blue Moon Cabana is as described in its online advertising. Very well kept with no mechanical issues. Also well provisioned with kitchen equipment and other necessities. It is not resort-like. You are in the center of the town, You will have lots of contact with the local residents. We found them to be very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay there again if I were to return to Hopkins."

"I stayed at this property by myself in May of 2024 and thoroughly enjoyed my time in Hopkins. The area is great for a solo traveller and I felt safe and welcome during my stay. My week started with a two hour power blackout which is apparently quite common in Belize, but Mirko quickly dropped off a battery powered lantern which was very helpful. The rest of my stay was very good as the property had everything I needed including a fully stocked kitchen, filtered water supply, an icemaker on the...
