"Thank you Jerry our Belize vacation was very relaxing and adventurous. Carlos greeted us at tropic air and took us to pick up fresh fruit, beer and fish at the grocery store and stands around town. He showed us where to get some great wine and vodka, familiarized us with town and stopped to get us fresh watermelon juice. "Had a wonderful experience at the Gecko Bungalow. Michelle and Scott are amazing hosts, and to be honest, the property is even better than the pictures. You will love the pool and outdoor area which has lots of comfortable seating and an overall awesome vibe. The hosts recommend an excellent driver, the location was perfect for tours/excursions, and the food options were plentiful. You will not be disappointed :)"

"Our group of 8 just returned from 9 amazing days at La Casa Gran Azul. The pictures of this property don't do it justice. The house was as I expected which had plenty of room, was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The beach and pool were even more amazing than what I had hoped for. Being surrounded by beautiful mangroves on both sides of the property made it feel like we were at our own private resort. The caretaker, Erick, was so kind and helpful. The place was perfect and peaceful and the pool was great. The island was inundated by sargassum that literally was 100 yards deep and it took away from beauty of the house and the island. "We stayed here to enjoy fly fishing & snorkeling and despite the windy conditions making it tough to cast, we were not disappointed. Our son caught the trifecta of saltwater fish (bone fish, permit & tarpon). You can wade & fish the ocean side or even cast from multiple docks along the seawall despite. "Relaxing time! Highly recommend this VRBO!Great staff, Macario was there for any need that arose. Solid choice in a small city

"We were hard pressed for choice, but really happy we ended at The Palms. Very nice staff, clean pool and even a small and clean gym. Only minor issue were some glass shards that house keeping had overlooked - it was taken care of promptly when we pointed it out. Water pressure on the third floor is not impressive and the beds are memory foam, which is a matter of preference. A/C was super efficient and the selection in the minibar very good. Limited choice of restaurants nearby, but for a stay of two nights it was perfect! Would recommend to a friend and come back if we are ever in town again. "
