"The location was close to the airport in a quiet residential neighborhood. It’s quite far from restaurants and stores so be prepared! It was a comfortable apartment and a short drive to the airport. We enjoyed a nice afternoon walk in the neighborhood; families were out strolling too and enjoying some backyard barbecues!!"

"Our family of four had an amazing stay at Gecko Bungalow. It had all the comforts of being at home, however with an amazing tropical paradise backyard. The hosts, Michelle and Scott, treated you like old friends from the get go of our airport pick up and supported us with our adventure plannings for our 3 day stay. "At only a few minutes from the airport this place is perfect to start or end your trip on the mainland if you plan to visit other areas and want the ease of travel. Once inside the complex, you truly feel as if you are in a resort- the grounds, the pool, the entire space is carefully thought out to inspire vacation vibes. "Spent 11 days at Seahorse cabana. The unit is as you see in the pics. Very clean they even included shampoo , conditioner & body wash, was welcome. It is right beside the airstrip, but not to bad noise wise. You are a good walk too town, we grab cab's most of the time $5 US, or 10 Belize. We would walk to the (Beach) not really a beach & dock and the chairs & shade were nice. This side of the Island is windy & rougher then the other side. "I stayed here for 2 nights with a friend and we enjoyed it. The pull out bed wasnt super comfy but everything else was great. We were grateful to run a load of laundry in-house. Location next to airport is loud at times during the day when planes come in and out but we were glad to be a little further from town for the peace and quiet. Highly recommend for 2 people to stay"
