There was no cleaning at all - the floors in the room were not vacuumed or moped. The bathroom shower still had hair from previous guest stuck to the walls. Everything was good except for the main thing that matters which is cleanliness.

Nous avions réservé une chambre pour une nuit afin de nous reposer et repartir pour notre destination finale. Heureusement que nous n'avons passé qu'une seule nuit... Dès la réception, cela a été compliqué! Nous avions fait le choix de prendre cet hôtel car les lits bébé étaient disponibles. Mais si c'est votre cas et que, comme nous, vous avez pris une chambre avec deux lits, attendez-vous à devoir discuter avec la réception de nombreuses minutes car elle vous soutiendra que, non, pour ce type de chambre il n'y a pas assez de place. Il s'avère que si, et ça s'est très bien passé! Ensuite, arrivés dans notre chambre, sur la terrasse il y avait la cannette de bière d'un ancien locataire et l'état général de la chambre: vieille, défraichie et pas toute propre... Bref pour une nuit oui, pour plus, cherchez ailleurs...

Thank you for sharing about your experience with us. we are certainly apologetic to find out that you were not satisfied with your stay and you had a hard time upon arrival for getting a crib in the room. But unfortunately, a room with 2 queen beds, we are not supposed to put any crib or even a cot. But understanding your need, front desk agent had to put one. with these type of needs guests are always requested to be extra careful. However, we are extremely sorry about the inconvenience that this might have caused you.

Property is very old. Lock for Balcony glass door and mess door were broken. Blower was not working, but when I reported it the guy was able to fix the issue. All together an average experience.

You get what you pay for, our room was $111.00 for the night and we got what we got! Nothing fancy and no meat in our breakfast...all good!

The property has improved since the previous hotel brand that owned it. There has been an attempt to work on the property, however there is a way to go for sure. The attention seems to be in improving the foyer area(s). The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the sheets were very clean. The room seems to need some touch ups. The wallpaper is peeling in more than a few places, the room entrance door is not hung properly so I needed to put a shoulder to it in order to enter the room. This would not be feasible for some guests. It would have been nice to have a chair or two on the balcony so as to be able sit out there. There were none to be found and that explains why more than a few balconies had the office chair out there. I considered doing this, but I did not. The ice machine on floor 3 is OUT OF ORDER. I did not go to the 4th floor, as I expected the same. The "breakfast included" did not impress me. I am familiar with the offerings of other hotels and this was extremely limited in it's offerings. Once again there was on OUT OF ORDER sign on the coffee machine, so there was no possibility to acquire hot water to have a tea (although tea packages were offered in the basket. In the end, my wife and I chose to find our breakfast elsewhere. In summary I will say that at $107.00 a night the Ramada Harbourview was worth what was offered in comparison to other Hotels in the area that charged $160.00 for the single night. I would reserve here again

Bathroom was outdated.. Bed was worn out - lumpy. Breakfast while free was limited and not recommended. Tim Hortons offers better coffee and more choices for breakfast etc.

The breakfast was a total disappointment, Just eggs, no meat. Limited bread that constantly needed to be replemished but the girls didn't see until asked. Limited coffee, milk, and other foods small in number and the bowls holding the butter, cream cheese and other condiments for discustly dirty.

The main lobby and the rest of the 1st floor are well-maintained. However, the room themself were a bit dated and showed its age. The hotel is also located in a somewhat "remote" area, far away from the rest of the town. Not a problem if you have a car.

For the price, it was a great deal. Building is somewhat dated but our room was kind of updated. It was quiet at night. There is a pool, gym and breakfast included. For the time we spent there and in the room, it was a good deal. Would probably return.

Breakfast needs bacon or sausage ! There are still a lot of people like me that eat that . People at Tim Hortons who might not allow it in their homes serve sausage and bacon in their breakfast sandwiches . No reason not to have it in your hotel .

The harbour view is beautiful and from the outside this looks like a high-end hotel. We also liked the indoor pool. This was not a cheap hotel cost-wise. However, the current management appears to be running it into the ground. We saw a room door with a large hole in it. The lobby on our floor (3rd floor) was hideous. The door to the balcony was off the track and was very difficult to slide. We also found that the workout machine that we wanted to use in the small gym was broken, as well as the ice machine was out of order.

The check in staff were friendly, but the rooms are very dated with stained tub and wallpaper peeling. The bed was so bad it had a big indent in it. The so called hot breakfast is not. I would never stay there again or recommend this hotel to anyone. I have never given a hotel a review like this before.

First off, I want to start this review with praising the amazing staff. They are all friendly, helpful and polite. The breakfast area was bright and sunny- though we were disappointed we were not allowed to bring food up to our room (as per the sign on the door)… breakfast in bed is the best part of a hotel stay. It was a bit of a bummer. Downsides? The hotel is an absolute wreak. There was dried urine on the back of our toilet, the dust on things like the pictures, bed frame and the corners of the room were horrifying. We tried to find another hotel to move to, but everything was booked and we were stuck having to stay there. The hotel is incredibly dated- the elevator areas on the 4th floor were full of stains, the ceilings aged to yellow, and the corners are crumbling. Weirdly, the elevator itself was lovely.

They didnt even let me check in, and i couldnt reach an actual agent on the expedia hotline to talk to them about it, so yeah it was an awful experience

Quality versus price was fair . The hotel itself is a bit neglected but was tolerable for what I needed . I was accompanied by my 12 year old for a tournament so he didn’t pay attention to the wall paper peeling off the walls, or the patio door being hard to shut or that the sound from the hallways . Pool area was ok . Personality I wouldn’t use it but the kids enjoyed it . Breakfast was convenient and for it being included in the price I’d say it was reasonable. I wouldn’t recommend for a romantic or therapeutic stay but for a in and out it was fine .
