With three spacious levels, multiple living areas, a game room, a hot tub, a high-end massage chair, and a fitness space, you'll have everything you need for relaxation and adventure, all while enjoying breathtaking views of the creek from every angle from three private decks.

The Space:
Little Sugar Retreat offers spacious accommodations for up to 12 guests with a thoughtful layout that blends comfort and functionality. Upon entry, the open-concept main floor seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining area, living space, and primary ensuite.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals, including pots, pans, dishware, utensils, and a full appliance suite featuring an induction stove (works with provided cookware), coffee maker, Ninja blender, and toaster. The adjoining dining and living areas create an inviting space to gather, with the first balcony offering stunning views of the creek valley. The living room is equipped with a Roku TV, ready for your favorite streaming entertainment.

Off the hallway, you'll find a beautifully renovated powder room with a single vanity and toilet, as well as a full laundry room with garage access for your convenience. The primary ensuite features a plush king-sized bed with fresh linens, a smart TV, and a luxurious bathroom with a double vanity and low-entry shower.

On the mid-level, enjoy a secondary living space adjacent to a wet bar, perfect for entertaining. This floor features two bedrooms with queen beds and two bunk rooms with full beds on the bottom and singles on top. A shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a single vanity completes the level.

Descend to the lower level, where a spacious living room awaits with a smart TV, ping pong table, putting green, and exercise space, making it the ultimate recreational zone. Kick back and relax in an amazing full body massage chair. It is the ultimate relaxation.

Outside, immerse yourself in nature with breathtaking views of the creek valley from the private outdoor dining area. A built-in BBQ grill is ready for cookouts. A newly installed hot tub awaits you to soak away any stress.

For adventure seekers, Little Sugar Retreat offers direct access to the creek, with kayaks available for guest use. Local shuttle services, detailed in our guidebook, make returning from your water excursions a breeze.

Guest Access:
Guests will be provided a unique door code 48 hours prior to reservation. Home is self-check in with door code, no prior coordination is required.

The Neighborhood:
Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood of Bella Vista you are just minutes away from world class mountain biking, golf, and everything Northwest Arkansas has to offer. Roughly 4 miles from HWY 71 you will have easy access to Bentonville with places like Crystal Bridges Art Museum, The Momentary, 8th St Market, the Bentonville Square, and endless dining, drink, and attractions.

Getting Around:
There is easy access to MTB trails and greenway and all roads are drivable.

We live close by and are here to help. Unless in the case of an emergency with the home, we are available via the app, text, and call between 8-5pm.
