"Secluded private location but in walking distance to one trail, close to others, close to Pt. Reyes. Suitable for one couple, nicely renovated with clawfoot tub, plenty of hot water and water pressture, funky old kitchen oven and stovetop but otherwise quite modern, charming furniture. Lots of natural light in the cottage and lovely place to relax in the outdoor patio area. Only a few things I'd suggest for improvement:1. Please include address of cottage in orientation email.2. "We spent our son's spring break week in April here. Property was perfect for our 7 year old. Pool, great backyard, fire pit for smores and a fun kids room with some games and toys. Close to great restaurants, hikes and wine tasting. Bonus a spa is walking distance for massages. Good size kitchen and great dining table that we used for games when the weather wasn't great. Windows everywhere - still felt the Sonoma outdoor vibe. Hosts were great - super responsive and the house was fully stocked...
