The breakfast could be better, and a bit annoying that you could not fill your own plate in the buffet. The wifi in our room was unusable, but fine in other parts of the hotel.

"Ibis i Leicester ligger rigtig godt. Det tager fem minutter at gå til stationen, og det tager også små fem minutter at gå til byen. Der er masser af både pubber, butikker, restauranter og alt andet meget tæt på hotellet."

I checked in online the evening before as the property does not have a recpetion.
We got there about 3pm and the PIN we were sent was wrong. Luckily a man was there who helped by phoning for us.
We were not informed of which room we had or how to access the key. Once again the man (sorry we do not know who he was) helped us - thank goodness.

Couldn't get the tv to work at first, i asked and they came up amd replaced the tv, fantastic service.
I had a great sleep and a lovely shower in the morning. 100% recommended.."

"Really lovely place in beautiful location. Room was fabulous, very clean and comfortable. Was very quiet too and got an excellent nights sleep.The bar was great for a late night drink before bed, staff were very helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was excellent ( cooked options not included in price) the only negative was there was no gluten free option.

"Hotel was Ok , but a bit dated, door ito te room handle was falling off, bit scare couldn't get out if a fire and the attitude of the lady on reception last night was downright rude, i let myself i with my fob asked if you could get adrik in the restaurant would have been ok if she had just said no , but added do stay in this hotel as i haven't seen you before, atange as i had just come in a locked front door with a fob given to residents "
