"I was surprised to see no reviews on this beautiful property. The photos accurately represent the space. It’s very clean, the grounds are well kept, everything is modern, and the quality of the bed was phenomenal. The neighborhood is quiet and the parking is plentiful. (Crazy, cause you’re 3 blocks from the beach and right on Newport Ave). "This property was not clean. The showers still had black mold and hair on the step in. The main bathroom was missing light bulbs and the master bedroom had no fan. The house was hot. The listing showed items not even in the house. I felt like we rented a halfway house. Could these issues be resolved for the next renter? Perhaps, but I would be skeptical because we received no solution when it was reported when we first walk in. No need to keep going...."
