"First of all, the staff is universally great- kind and accommodating. That and the Rooftop Lounge are the saving grace of this hotel. Otherwise a pretty disappointing experience.
The $30/day resort fee is supposed to cover access to local gym. We used this in the past and were really disappointed that despite listing it on the website, they no longer offer that . "Orange County is expensive and kinda old so maybe this is what you get for the price. We were in the north building, I thought that was the remodeled portion but still a bit off. It is above a parking lot. The reception is in the south building so when the phone was not working and there was no Wi-Fi and you had already changed, Hard to get help. The shower was too deep.
