"The house itself was wonderful, the cleanliness was horrible. We arrived 30 minutes after check in, cleaners were still there working so we had to wait another 15 minutes to be able to check in. Once we started checking everything out, the floors weren’t properly cleaned, the showers still had hair and sand in them, small pieces of trash scattered. Notified the number but they just said to send pics that’s it. Once we got into bed, the bedding smelled absolutely terrible, we’re guessing it was...

"Well maintained, accurate listing, and just a short walk to the beach and the jetty. I especially liked the loft area; it was perfect for the kids to have a separate hang-out area during quiet times. "

"There was some dust and dog hair but overall the property was clean. The host was very nice and responded to needs very quickly. There was not much provided in the kitchen. But host was very clear on the things that were needed to be brought. I would stay here again."

"This place screams beach. Great location. Very well stocked for all needs. Clean and comfortable .Host constantly stayed in touch to make sure we had everything we needed. Survived 2 interesting thunderstorms but it was perfect once they passed. Would definitely come back to this place. 5 Stars!!"

"Ben and Michael were always available to answer our questions and even let us know things we might enjoy during our stay. The property is a gem on Surfside. The beach so near and you can’t beat the calming sounds of the waves and the sounds of nature. The morning walks while the sun rising against the crashing waves so very therapeutic. The beds so comfortable and blankets so soft and clean. We got the much needed rest and sleep now we are fully charged. Definitely both front and back balconies...
