Hostels i Bay Area

"Meget fint ophold på Orange Village Hostel. Vi havde eget værelse og wc/bad på gangen, det vænner man sig hurtigt til. Hostellet har en fin morgenmadsbuffet med brød, vafler, havregryn, cornflakes og lignende. Lidt trængt til tider, men god atmosfære. Om aftenen et der forskellige aktiviteter arrangeret af personalet, fx pizza night, movie night, pub crawls. Vi kommer gerne igen."

"I stayed in a business room, it could have been cleaner around the bed and there was no window in the room. The rest of the hostel was nice and clean. Free coffee and tea available. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. "

"It's the nicest hostel I've ever stayed in. The exterior was under renovation as well as the elevator during our stay, but I wouldn't hold that against them. It was perfectly fine accommodations for a few nights. "

"Toilet was clogged, I'm sure it got taken care of eventually, but didn't happen during my stay."

"Was very convenient to The Masonic where I saw a show. FYI: You just have to walk up a hill to the venue. Only thing was that I wish I knew I needed cash $20 for the room key. Then hold your ID till you give them cash. They give the cash back after you returned the key when checking out. Room was cheap and the shower was nice. I would stay there again. "

"Køkkenet er så beskidt man ikke kan forestille sig det! Værelserne var ikke engang støvsuget… og den generelle stand var jævnt dårlig! Stedet ligger i et kvarter fyldt med hjemløse stofmisbrugere som virkeligt fylder i gadebilledet! Men stedet er trods alt billigt!"

"Lovely place to stay in San Francisco if you want to meet new people while having a more realistic feel for living in the city (vs. hotel living). Space is quiet and roomy with a lot of different people coming into the hostel. Plus there's activities to do daily and great recommendations of things to try hung up on the walls in the common room. "
