Disappointing
The room is not very clean, room service food is limited and no good options.. House keeping service is not good, when they clean the room they take the used cups and towels and do not provide clean ones, we asked them to put clean cups and towels but they didn’t.. they do not provide complementary coffee and tea after we used the ones in the room although we stayed for 4 days.. not all the staff can speak and understand English which is very disappointing for a 5-stars hotel.. I think this hotel should be 3.5-4 stars but definitely not 5 stars hotel

Great Impression
First of all, I should start with the reception - the first point of contact and impresison - also it can be said mirror of the hotel. Mr NUKRI welcomed us from reception since we arrived for check-in. He was extremely kind, caring and helpful. You can contact easily with him very very clearly in English or Turkish (may be in another also I don't know:) I stayed in 3 hotels in Batumi. This is the number one when we think the facilities. Indoor and Outdoor swimming pools were clean and size was enough. Internet, room cleaning, and complimentary tea / coffee / water setup was ideal. Room size is ok for double but not enough for extra bed. Room design from changing room to bathroom was nice. Thanks for Mr Nukri and Radisson Hotels.

Staff was more rude, wifi did not work well, construction and loud music on roof top bar lasted until 2 or 3am keeping you awake. Gym the close early and will turn off the lights with you in it. They are rude when you ask them to open the gym in the morning.

As we checked your reservations, all three rooms were upgraded to the suite category on high floors.one of them was under the rooftop and music is live only two days in a week maximum till 1 AM. i booked a spa suite sea view it was great it has 2 bathrooms which is perfect for a family also the staff was friendly and helpful, location is perfect.
