This was partially due to the person making the reservation not being there but we also found the access to the required online info very difficult. A hardcopy book of info would have been much appreciated.The house seem less appointed than last year- only a small sponge to do dishes, no extra blankets. Once connected, Chris was responsive about an issue with the fireplace. The house itself is great and well...

"We have stayed in many vacation rentals over the past 12 years visiting our son in the valley, mostly in Glenwood and Carbondale. The proximity to downtown Glenwood (right around the corner) is this properties best attribute. Very clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable for a smaller space. Many of these "miners houses" are available and this one worked well for us. Thanks!!"

"Cost friendly. No frills. Met expectations and had what we needed. Very small 1 bathroom. Would recommend bringing a fan if that is how you normally fall asleep-bedding was VERY warm and even with the thermostat low we were still extra hot while asleep and the air purifier fan on high didn’t cut it. Host was quick to respond and flexible with us. Washer and drier was very handy. Very close to grocery store and restaurants. Quick drive to slopes. "

"We had a large group visiting Leadville for a winter vacation and had to rent two(2) houses. The adult children stayed at this property while the parents were at another. The location of this house with the large windows provided wonderful views everyday! Loved that it was at the end of the road and the location was very quiet and peaceful. The house's amenities were as stated and we would stay here again. "

"The house is great! Very well done and lives as good as it looks. The couch was not cheap “looks good but sits terribly” but rather something very comfortable that I would have at home. I was concerned there might be noise since it is close to Main Street but everything was super quiet. I slept like a baby! Leadville is a wonderfully quaint town with great food and Ski Cooper (49/day lift tickets, 60/day rentals, and no lift lines)! Loved everything!!"
