There is ample parking for 6 vehicles. We kindly ask that you do not block the garage entrance. You may also park at the top of the driveway as well. The house is located in the Rocky Mountains so we highly suggest that you have a car that is suitable for winter conditions if you are staying with us in the winter.

Ice melt and shovel are provided by the front door for guest use during their stay.

The main living area and three of the six bedrooms are wheelchair accessible including the entrance, kitchen, living room, dining room, and washer-dryer area. Three bedrooms, game room and a third full bathroom are located on the lower level with an additional walk-out entrance.

Please remove your shoes in the house

For Summer Months: We have new AC in the house. Please feel free to park anywhere in the driveway but do not block the garage.

Trash
The outside trash cans are located at the top of the driveway, please do not bring them closer to the house as this will attract bears close to the house as well. Trash is picked up every Wednesday at the top of the driveway, early morning. Please be sure that the bear-proof can is securely latched, you will need to push down firmly to engage the latch. Please test to be sure it does not lift and is properly locked and secured. If you decide to use the trashcan during your stay, we will not be liable if a bear gets into the trashcan and make a mess.

Interior Door Lock Disclosure: For safety children’s reasons, interior doors throughout the property, including bedroom and bathroom doors, are not equipped with locking mechanisms. This safety measure was implemented following prior incidents in which children accidentally locked themselves inside rooms, requiring locksmith assistance.

By booking this property, guests acknowledge and accept that interior bedroom and bathroom doors do not have locks. Guests who require locking interior doors should consider whether this property is suitable for their needs prior to booking.
