"What a great place to stay! We enjoyed just being at the house as there’s many rooms for lounging. Beds were very comfortable and the garage storage, car charger were nice to have. Kitchen is also well stocked even though the lighting confused us a bit."

"This was a lovely property and Kim and her family were wonderful. My husband almost drowned and had to be hospitalized in Glenwood Springs and Kim’s daughter Tiffany and her husband visited him twice and took him flowers and goodies from Starbucks. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend the alpaca ranch to everyone! Thanks again"

"Outside looks nothing like pictures. Very ran done, propane bottle was empty.AC/ heat split not working resorting to portable AC , which could not keep up Refrigerator quit working second to last day resulting in waste of a large amount of food, Non flowing confirmation of house plan did offer the privacy we needed for a large group of friends not family. Large amounts of mouse traps in living areas, which we thought odd ."

"Loved this place for our family of 6! We loved having this comfy get away between activities, and it provided plenty of space for us. My only negative was the steepness of the driveway. We pulled a small teardrop camper, and the hitch dragged when we backed it in. There was enough space like the owner said prior to our arrival, but the incline provided a hiccup. My husband actually purchased a different hitch while we were there. So, when we headed back home there was no scrape. Everything else...
