"This one bdrm downstairs unit was perfect for our couples get away. High end amenities await in this well maintained rental. The owners thought of everything! Very well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Nice, comfy sofa w/ gas fireplace in the living room. A 4 poster queen bed w/ comfy bedding. A lovely deck with gas firepit and ample seating. Exactly as pictured! "It was perfect for what we needed. Short drive to the main area of Banner Elk. If views are what you are looking for , then this is not your place. But we were here for a college bike race. Very clean. We will definitely stay here again our next trip up. "

"This place was great! I booked it just to use their pool and hot tub. Called the host (Vrbo) to see if it was open, but they did what I did, they just looked up the website to see if it was open or not and told me "it says on their website that it's not open." Got there and spent many nights at the hot tub:) I understand they don't own the property, but still, they should have contacted the property manager to ask. Lack of communication with their own place they are using to rent for the public....

"The property was perfectly located to get to sugar mountain ski area in about 4 minutes. We had 6 adults and 2 kids and the place was perfect! It is divided in such a way that there are common areas and rooms for privacy. The hosts were amazing ,communication and responsiveness was almost immediate. We have already told the host we would be back!"

"The ONLY complaint I would have and was a surprise to us was that you unload your car and then park your vehicle back down the hill and then have to take a shuttle back to your car. You can’t just walk out and get in your car. The shuttle was quick don’t get me wrong but it was a little bit of a hassle. The place is clean, the view is awesome, it’s quiet and your literally on top of a mountain, felt safe and guarded, pool and hot tub was amazing. We had a handicap sticker for one of our vehicle...
