Go skiing at Sugar, Beech or Appalachian Mountains Go tubing at Hawksnest which is just around the corner in Seven Devils. Relax afterwards at our community indoor hot tub & indoor heated large swimming pool just minutes away.Also you are just steps away from our clubhouse where there is also a large beautifully furnished " Great Room" with a large big screen TV and fireplace at the clubhouse for enjoy a great sporting event. Also you will find a pool table and UTD exercise facilities
You will enjoy expansive mountain views that could be snow covered as the area around us opens up as the bare trees allow you to see mountains for miles.

Amenities in our gated community include indoor hot tub, indoor large heated pool, billiards tables , Up to date Exercise facilities.

Our townhome is a gorgeous, impeccably clean and very roomy home that has a fully stocked kitchen for your stay. The home has 3 bedrooms with 2.5 baths. 2 King beds and 1 Queen bed, a Day bed and a single bed. The King Master Suite on the 1st floor has a full size walking closet, a newly tiled walkin shower and a separate soaking tub. The queen bedroom located upstairs also has a Day Bed. The King bedroom upstairs has a children's nook where a single bed is located. We take pride in making sure you have all the little things to make cooking a breeze. Pots and pans are updated each year. Full size washer and dryer. The smart TV in the large living room and the King bedroom upstairs has streaming capabilities along with cable. Other bedrooms have cable TV access only. Just steps away from our outdoor clubhouse which has a heated pool and hot tub which is open during the warmer months. ( May -October)Our 2nd clubhouse is( Open year round) completely indoors so you can swim in a heated pool and it also has a jacuzzi/ hot tub during the colder months. The porch view has a limited layered mountain view. Amenities include 2 clubhouses that has an up to date equipment such as treadmills, elliptical machines, weights and are open all year long. Also, a basketball area in the 2nd clubhouses parking lot. (( OWNER/HOST FEES are for our wonderful cleaning staff and the daily Amenities fee that Echota requires us to charge)) GAS FIREPLACE IS NOT operational in our home....Located just minutes from Valle Crusis, Boone, Blowing Rock, Banner Elk. Also 20 minutes from Sugar Mountain and 30 minutes from Beech Mountain for snow activities and summer activities.
AWD or 4WD is recommended but not required in the winter months.
This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home unless they are service animals with documentation
