This cozy 2-story Townhome is located 1/2 mile from Beech Mountain skiing center and biking trails. The area offers many places for skiing, swimming, fishing, hiking trails, whitewater rafting, and tubing. Grandfather Winery is only 20 minutes drive.
The townhouse accommodates 6 persons. Laminate flooring is throughout the house.
The 1st floor offers a fully equipped kitchen (dishware, cookware, coffee maker, stainless steel refrigerator with icemaker, stainless steel dishwasher, stainless steel flat top range, toaster, microwave), dining room, cozy family room, gas fireplace, 50"Smart TV, full bathroom with a walk in shower, washer /dryer, and a patio. Standalone Air conditioning unit is located next to the patio door.
The 2nd floor offers 3 queen size bedrooms with Smart 32" TVs. There is a full size bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. A Standalone Air conditioning unit is located in the center of the hallway. There is also an ocsilating fan placed in every bedroom.

- Indoor Heated Pool & Hot Tub. The Pool, Hot Tub and the Recreation room are accessible to condo owner and the rental guests only. The code to access the facility will be given to the guests prior to their arrival.
- Recreation room with ping pong table, pool table, air hockey, and a different place to play games of your choice or to spend time with your friends, library corner.
Other things to note:
Maximum occupancy is 6 persons .
Smoking is not allowed inside the condo (including electrical cigarettes). Smoking is allowed on the patio.
No pets are allowed.
There are 2 security cameras at the front door entrance and back deck entrance. It is for security only, does not view guest areas and records only when activated by motion.
