Introducing Beech Blessings Cabin, a stunning custom-built mountain home boasting luxury finishes that are sure to leave a lasting impression. Crafted with love by two families who fell in love with Beech Mountain, NC, this dreamy retreat is now open for other families to experience the enchantment of mountain living. With sleeping arrangements for up to 16 guests, this home features soaring cathedral ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area for 10+, two inviting gathering spaces, a game room, and over 900 sq feet of deck space that offers breathtaking long-range and pastoral mountain views.
Beech Blessings offers five wonderful sleeping spaces:

The main level of the home showcases two grand master suites, each furnished with KING beds. Both suites provide access to the upper-level deck, allowing guests to enjoy scenic mountain vistas. The connecting bathrooms of these suites feature double sinks and tiled showers. Additionally, the main level presents a delightful kitchen with an island seating area for four, a dining space accommodating ten, and a stunning two-story living room with a cozy gas fireplace. Upstairs, a charming loft area overlooks the living room and offers a QUEEN bed along with a FULL daybed featuring a TWIN pull-out trundle. The loft also includes a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Heading downstairs to the basement level, you'll find a bedroom with a QUEEN bed that grants access to the lower-level deck and its mountain views. The basement level also houses a built-in double bunk bedroom, complete with two TWINS on the uppers and two QUEENS on the lowers. Additionally, the basement features a full bathroom with a shower, a laundry room, and a spacious game room equipped with a 3-in-1 game table, Roku projector, well-stocked game closet, and access to the lower-level deck. Conveniently, all levels of the home are connected by interior stairs.
At the front of the home, a wood-burning fire pit awaits, surrounded by custom Adirondack chairs, perfect for cozy gatherings. On the upper-level deck, a propane-powered fire table is strategically placed to offer the best long-range mountain views. This deck also includes an outdoor dining set catering to six guests, allowing for memorable meals in the midst of nature's beauty.
Please Note: To ensure safe navigation through inclement, icy, or snowy conditions, it is necessary to have AWD/4X4. This stunning new-construction home boasts captivating views and is perched atop a hill. Accessing the top of the steep driveway requires AWD/4X4. However, for those who don't have AWD/4X4, there are two parking spaces available at the bottom of the driveway that can be utilized if needed.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION & RULES
- New homes are being built nearby. Please note that active construction can be visible and heard during weekdays.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small
vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. Towels and linens will be provided. This home has hair dryers and crock pots for your convenience.
- Check in is after 4pm, and check out is by 10am.
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms & Conditions sent by Host (property manager) or entry information will not be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and using their card to pay for it and must be one of the persons staying in the home for the
reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home, and no trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains are REQUIRED during winter (Nov-March) for Beech Mountain homes. Accessing the top of the steep driveway requires AWD/4X4 year-round. There are two parking spaces available at the bottom of the driveway that can be utilized if needed. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- This home is pet friendly, allowing 2 dogs(max 50lbs each) for an additional rent of $25 per night, per pet plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Bookings cancelled with a 30+ day notice will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings cancelled between 15-29 days will receive half of their deposit back. Bookings cancelled with 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless your dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
