"Overall, great stay and extremely satisfied with hotel.
A few pros: The staff are welcoming but some of the youngsters are a bit loony. The overall appearance and architecture is to die for; the hardwood floors and classis Titanic era style captivates your longing to lounge around all day in the foyer.
A few cons: The food is mid tier and could use a little more fixing up. We had the steak fritz and the meat wasn't the highest grade. (French Room Bar) The French Room Bar was dark and dimly...
"Our room was exquisite. We were in the bungalows area off the main hotel grounds. Easy parking, very clean. The staff especially Tristan were very perdinable. Communication was so eady as well, thee staff shared their cell numbers readily. Free transportation throughout most of the city."
"The staff was amazing! I checked in on my birthday, and they were very accommodating. The person who Checked me in at Montell (Pls forgive me if that is wrong) gave me room 828, which was my birthday, offered me a drink at the bar for my birthday, and gave me a gift card to FOGO for my birthday Dinner! He was amazing. I was able to walk to restaurants. There was a live band in the lobby on Friday night (AWESOME). I'm looking to book again when I come back to Dallas for New Year's!"
