Great, beautiful hotel with nice staff
It’s a great hotel with really nice staff. The only problem we had was the tv which malfunctioned. But that isn’t the staffs fault. We’ll definitely come back

This is a Muslim hotel, so there’s no alcohol allowed on premises. The buffet breakfast was a little less than average. Only ladies can use the pool from 7 AM till noon. No men allowed at that time. We were on the ninth floor. The lobby of the hotel is beautiful but our room was dated. The hallways were dated wallpaper was ripped the air conditioner in our room leaked and water pooled on our floor. The shower was broken and our bed was full of hair. I did not contact the front desk about any of this when I was on site, our door lock battery died in the middle of the night and had to have them fix it so we could get back into our room and this hotel is a little out-of-the-way

wird zu hoch angepriesen. Mehr Standard, der in den Bildern bei Hotels.com luxuriöser dargestellt wird. Pool ist sehr enttäuschend, ebenso sehr laut dort, da die Abluft der kompletten Klimaanlage des Hotels über dem Pool heraus geblasen wird. Sehr laut.

The people here are very lovely and helpful. Upon walking into the hotel, it feels very much like a 5 star hotel, but once you leave the lobby, the stars go down. We were on the 14th floor and upon exiting the elevator, you are greeted by a large empty space with just a sofa by the window, no other adornments/decor. The carpets looked very dirty. Our room was just as the pictures showed but again, carpets stained and dirty. It was rather off-putting. I guess it was fine for what we needed, a place to stay before heading to the airport in the early am.

old rooms ,reception was not responsive ,had to update my keycard everyday to enter my room,only one lift was working ,waited for five minutes and could not access to the room because keycard could not work. apart from the breakfast there is nothing good about this hotel.

Cleaners clean our room every day except for the day we requested not to, which is very impressive. Staff are very helpful and approachable. On the negative note- It can be extremely noisy, we can hear people talking next door ( throughout the night), difficult to sleep when we can hear doors open and close. The shower can be extremely hot even when it’s cold. Phone line doesn’t seem to work and the tv keeps buffering due to no signal.

The hallways full of garbage and dust told manager 4 times never got clean and room never got clean towels very old and uncomfortable to be use ,needed taxi the door man said Uber is cheaper got his friends crooks changed 3 times of taxi phone and tv not working properly and shower was keep changing temperature and behind hotel is city sewage open stinks badly

ホテルはキレイで部屋も広いです。外観も宮殿のようでテンション上がります!スタッフは親切で、様々な事柄に対応してくれます。ただし日本語の出来るスタッフはいなかったようで、英語か翻訳ツールがないと会話出来なかったです。 たまたまかな?

Pros: Beautiful lobby. Very helpful staff and doormen. Option for daily breakfast. Didn't feel out of place as non Muslim quests. Provided us a late check-in and late check-out. Affordable rate Cons:The room needs new carpet. There weren't many options for vegan/vegetarian guests for breakfast. There is no access to a microwave (so we were told). Far from central city. Temperature of the room was hard to adjust. All in all, enjoyed the stay.

Stayed here for 3 nights in Bangkok, it was a very nice hotel with great facilities and the rooms were big, clean and comfortable. Perfect its a 5 minute walk from the trainline so taxi wasnt the only option for transport, when using a taxi the hotel was very helpful in arranging.

The lobby is with gorgeous colors and exquisite decoration. We are not muslims but we were welcomed by all the friendly staffs at the hotel. They also organized a complimentary cake for my parents’ wedding anniversary. Though, the room looks a bit empty and could’ve been better to add few furnitures. But, overall i will recommend this place to everyone.
